Andy Hickford
The leader of the staff team and senior minister is Andy Hickford. Andy was born in Surrey, educated at the London School of theology and was ten years a youth worker in Luton before coming to the church in 1996. He is married to Cerys and they have three children.
How do you describe Andy? We could write about his gifts of communication which see him speaking to large crowds, and writing books and articles. We could write about his love of the outdoors and running, mountains and fishing in particular. We could write about his sense of humour
