RSS and Podcast Info
What is an RSS feed?
Really Simple Syndication is what the RSS stands for. What's it mean? You automatically find out every time something new is added to this site without having to keep coming back to check for it.
What do I need to do?
For starters, find a RSS "aggregator" (a program that goes out and gets the information for you and presents it all in one place). Bloglines and NewsGator are free online services that will gather feeds for you and display them on one central web page. FeedBlitz is an online service that allows you to have feeds sent directly to your Inbox as email. You can also bookmark the feed using the RSS feature in Firefox and Internet Explorer 7.

What's a podcast?
Audio files automatically delivered to you to play on your computer, iPod, MP3 player or to burn to CD.
How do I get started?
Your mp3 player has built-in software that allows you to download podcasts. You can set it up for automatic downloads or you can do it manually.
Do I need an iPod or mp3 player to listen to a podcast?
Nope. You can download itunes for free and listen to podcasts on your computer or burn them to a CD.
How do I subscribe to our sermon podcast?
Copy & paste the address below into your podcasting scheduler: Located under Advanced Tab and labelled "Subscribe to Podcast" Once you have pasted in the link (URL) click "subscribe" and itunes should start downloading the files. If you wish to view and download any previous podcasts click the small grey arrow to the left of the podacst name to open and view the full list of available downloads. TheSimply select "Get" to download the selected file.
Copy and paste the URL /data/rss/podcasts.xml and your scheduler will automatically download the newest weekend sermon every week.
